We allow 2 cats max or 1 dog max in our pet-friendly apartments.

Do you allow pets other than dogs and cats?

Usually yes. Please contact the office for details and approval.

Grayhawk Pet Policy

Pets are a part of your family, and they deserve a place to call home too! If you are looking for a pet-friendly apartment or rental property in Ames, Grayhawk offers pre-approval of requested pet tenants at select locations. If your pet is approved, a non-refundable pet fee of $250 is required as well as an additional $40/month in pet rent.

*Dogs - $50/month in pet rent.
