ASSIGNMENT OF LIABILITY
Our Assignment of Liability Policy
According to the terms of your lease, you are fully responsible for all obligations under your lease, including rent and utilities, until the expiration of the lease. Residents may Assign the Liability of their apartment subject to Landlord's notification of assignment request, approval and approval of new resident. At no point of time shall an attempt of assignment and/or advertising for an assignment of liability be conducted without notification and approval from Landlord. Any assignment, sublease, or any other transfer of Tenant’s liability under this lease is at Landlord’s sole and absolute discretion.
